How Remote Pitching Training Transformed Sadie’s Game & Created a Bond: A Two-Year Journey with Kally V Softball

One of my favorite parts of coaching is getting to know each of my athletes, getting to watch my athletes grow not just in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and self-belief. Today, I’m excited to share a powerful testimony from one of my remote athletes, Sadie, and her mom, Illysa — a story that perfectly shows what’s possible through commitment, consistency, and the right coaching structure.

From Zero Experience to a Confident Pitcher
When Sadie first started training with me two years ago, she had no sports experience at all. She wasn’t just new to pitching — she was brand new to athletics altogether. Many parents assume that you need to be “already talented” or “already experienced” for remote training to work. Sadie proves the complete opposite.
Through her commitment and her mom’s support, Sadie grew from a brand-new pitcher into an amazing young lady to an amazing young athlete with solid mechanics, strong foundations, and a pitch she’s truly proud of…
Her Changeup Became Her Superpower
After consistent remote training, Sadie’s changeup is now her strongest and favorite pitch.
This didn’t happen by accident — it happened through structured workouts, daily accountability, video feedback, and a clear development plan tailored specifically for her.
This is exactly why my hybrid and remote athletes progress faster. They aren’t waiting a week between corrections. They’re getting coached continuously.
**Does Remote Training Really Work?
Sadie’s Testimony Says EVERYTHING.**
I know remote training can sound intimidating for parents who haven’t tried it before. But the truth is this:
At some point, EVERY pitcher in my program trains remotely with me — and that’s how I’m able to coach athletes nationally and internationally.
Sadie is just one example of what’s possible even as a FULLY remote client.
