She has really helped me with both the physical and mental part of being a pitcher. Mentally she has helped me to recognize what pitch to throw in specific situations and to certain batters. Physically she has helped me dial in my mechanics which have tremendously improved my consistency and velocity.
Honestly, I did not know I would come this far so quickly in my life. Coach Kally is always prepared for my lessons and always knows what we are going to do that day. Some of the drills she has taught me have tremendously improved my pitching. More so than I would have ever thought. She has an ultimate goal for me, which I did not realize early on, and we build on it week to week at each lesson.
